We have a 30-days return policy for products purchased at www.argentinapolostore.com. The return policy does not apply to sale or custom-made items. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

If you need to return an item, please contact us at: sales@argentinapolostore.com to get a "Return Authorization Number" and receive return instructions for the item. All returned items will have to be shipped to our headquarters in Argentina unless otherwise indicated. Also, all shipping and handling charges must be paid in full prior to sending the item back to us. Please notice that packages with unpaid o pending postal charges and/or without a Return Authorization Number will not be accepted.

Your business is important to us. We would appreciate if you could also take a moment to let us know why you are not satisfied with the product you have received. It would help us to improve our service and take better care of you as a client next time.e.

Returned items must be shipped in their original product packaging, unused and unworn. We reserve the right to refuse any returned items that have been damaged.

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

- Any items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Any items that have been worn.
- Any items that have had the tags removed.
- Any items that have been washed.
- Any items that have stains, animal hair, food, or any other additions!  

Please do not send non-eligible items for return/exchange to us as we will not authorize a return/exchange for them nor will we be able to send them back to you.

We will issue your refund upon receiving the returned item. You will receive an e-mail confirming the date in which the refund was made, the payment method and the amount credited to you. Refunds are issued within 21 business days after we receive the returned item. The refund payment will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. You will be reimbursed for the full amount of your purchase minus shipping and handling costs.

We provide international online tracking information for all of our orders.

We don't ship to APO/FPO/P.O. Boxes.

Product Availability

Saddles and boots take between 5 to 6 weeks to be ready and delivered. Other items might be available in 2 to 3 business days. Please check product availability before you make your order.


All Prices and Shipping Costs are quoted in U.S. dollars.

CUSTOM DUTIES may apply to some European and Asian countries. We have no records on duties' issues for the United States, the UK and Canada. Please contact your Customs Office for more details. Argentina Polo Store will not be liable for custom duties outside the Argentinean territory.
